J.S. Kim has been working for KIPA, Korea IT Industry Promotion Agency, since 2001 as the executive director of game business division. With approximately 17 years of business experiences, J.S is currently focusing his efforts on the promotion of Korean game industry. He is working as the bridge between Korean government and Korean game industry, and also facilitating cooperation with overseas partners.

One of his contribution in the "online gaming global business cooperation" is "Global service platform" program which is being serviced through gamengame.com.

Before joining KIPA, he had worked at SK Global since 1990, a subsidiary of SK Group of companies as the business development & marketing specialist either in B2C or B2B area.

J.S.Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in engineering, and from Graduate school of SKK University with an MBA degree.
