Michiel Buitelaar (1962) holds the position of executive director of the Consumer Business Unit within KPN, responsible for all residential customer services such as telephony, internet, television and KPN Hotspots. Before that he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Orange and Director of Strategy of Ben. He graduated at the Delft University of Technology within the faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, studie also economics at the Erasmus University (Rotterdam) and London Business School.
